I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee a puppy. Placement is based on availability, suitability, and the breeder’s discretion.
I agree to provide proper veterinary care, a loving environment, and never surrender the dog to a shelter. If I can no longer care for the dog, I will contact Silver Barn Doodles.
I acknowledge that Silver Barn Doodles puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter contract unless breeding rights are approved in writing.
I understand that Silver Barn Doodles will provide all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and necessary veterinary care for the puppy while it is in their care, prior to adoption. I acknowledge that I will be responsible for ongoing veterinary care after the puppy is placed in my home.
I understand that Silver Barn Doodles puppies will be ready to go to their new homes between 6 to 10 weeks from birth, which for this litter means an estimated take-home window of July 11 to August 8, 2025.
I understand and agree that all payments made to Silver Barn Doodles, including deposits, are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of changes in personal circumstances, timing, or any other reason.
I understand that if I am selected to adopt a Silver Barn Doodles puppy, I agree to pay the full adoption fee of $2,500. I acknowledge that a $300 discount will be applied if I am a current resident of Oklahoma, and a $200 discount will be applied if I am a current resident of Colorado. Proof of residency may be required.
I understand that Silver Barn Doodles is not responsible for coordinating or providing any form of puppy delivery or transportation. All arrangements for pickup are the sole responsibility of the adopter.
I understand that by adopting a puppy from Silver Barn Doodles, I agree to release and hold harmless Silver Barn Doodles, its breeders, agents, and any associated parties from all liability. I waive any and all rights to pursue legal action, including claims or demands of any kind, related to the adoption, health, behavior, or future care of the puppy.

A refundable deposit of $100 may be placed to secure your spot on our priority list. Deposits can be made via Venmo or PayPal. This deposit is only refundable if you contact us within 72 hours of submitting this form. If you decide not to adopt a puppy from us after that time, you forfeit the deposit. If you are selected to adopt, your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the puppy.
